In December of 2008 Brian Hartenstein and family left America for an adventurous life overseas to live and work throughout Asia, raising three daughters with a sense of wonder and awe at the possibility of the world. It is now 2016 and the adventure continues back home in Oregon. This blog remains as a time capsule to that period. Thank you so much to all our friends around the world. Please stay in touch. We miss you all!

Asians Taking Pictures of Other Asians: The Angry Bird Arts and Crafts Edition
Took my daughters upstairs in the new apartment this afternoon for the arts and crafts day...not much going on... but the cameras did come out.
Who doesn't love some clay Angry Bird piggy banks?
And of course, who doesn't love taking pictures of it too?
Kinu and Rebekah had an awesome time!
Mostly, the art teacher was concerned with getting good pictures...
Xian had fun...her Angry Bird has glasses because recently she got them too... reading at night under her covers I suspect... sounds like me as a kid.
The apartment guards got into the mix too.
We finished the day with some awesome Angry Birds!
