Breaking My Stride in Fisherman's Warf

“Last night I had the strangest dream…”  -Wilder, 1983

Hi Readers...well, the old Hartensteinabroad Blog has taken some hits over the years...
“I sailed away to China, in a little row boat to find ya…”  -Wilder, 1983

Trolls and creeps and weirdos and just plain rude people telling me I've offended them for this and that...
“And you said you had to get your laundry cleaned…”  -Wilder, 1983

You can't please everyone... in fact, who's trying?
“Didn’t want no-one to hold you, what does that mean…” -Wilder, 1983

The truth is, I don't write anything flippant or banal on this blog.  I care a great deal as to the content presented here.  One should not tread lightly when presenting aspects of their own life and thoughts to others in a public forum.
“You’re on a roll and now you pray it lasts.  The road behind was rocky, but now you’re feeling cocky.  You look at me and you see your past.  Is that the reason why you’re running so fast?”  -Wilder, 1983

It's been a good five year run...and I've been so thankful for the gentle souls who have traveled and laughed along with me.  Some of the writings here have worked, some haven't, but it's been a humbling and honest experience.
“Ain’t nothin’ gonna break my stride.  Nobody’s gonna slow me down.  Oh No, I’ve got to keep on moving…”  -Wilder, 1983

If you've found content on this blog offensive, I would urge you to read further and gain a broader view of the world, of travel as not just a tourist but as a perpetually redeeming lifestyle, and increase your perspective on literature's impact in our lives.
“I’m running and I won’t touch ground.  Oh No, I’ve got to keep on moving…”  -Wilder, 1983

If not, truly... bon voyage.  Thank you for reading.
